• Design, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. • Monitor daily campaign performance to optimize bids, budgets, and creative assets for maximum ROI. • Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates. • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing visual assets based on quantitative feedback. • Analyze full-funnel data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for growth beyond the initial click. • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing. • Proven track record of managing high-volume spend while meeting or exceeding efficiency targets. • Mastery of professional advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) and analytics platforms. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly. • Deep understanding of attribution modeling and the technical aspects of tracking (pixels, API conversions, etc.). • Excellent copywriting skills tailored for high-conversion advertising. • Nice-to-Haves: Experience in a high-growth startup environment. • Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices. • Proficiency with automation tools or SQL for data extraction. • Experience with video-first platforms like TikTok or YouTube.
