• - Manage inbound and outbound outreach to prospective clients interested in car upgrades, maintenance, and styling services. • - Engage with customers across multiple platforms, including the e-commerce store and direct inquiries. • - Perform high-quality discovery calls to identify client needs and vehicle goals. • - Maintain the CRM pipeline to ensure no lead falls through the cracks. • - Facilitate the sales process with a focus on high closure rates. • - Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to connect with clients when they are most available.
• - Strong foundational knowledge of cars, performance parts, and automotive maintenance. • - Native-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills. • - Availability to work in CST hours with flexibility for after-work hours and weekends. • - High level of coachability and a desire to master the art of sales. • - A proactive, "hunter" mentality focused on hitting performance targets. • **Nice-to-Haves** • - Previous experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms. • - Experience in objection handling and closing deals. • - Prior experience in automotive sales or specialized shop services. • - Background in CRM administration and sales workflow optimization.
