📋 Description

• - Conduct high-volume cold calling (300+ dials daily) to generate new opportunities • - Source leads independently using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (mandatory) • - Identify and research target accounts across cybersecurity, tech, and AI sectors • - Qualify leads through discovery conversations and needs analysis • - Book qualified meetings for Account Executives • - Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates • - Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs • - Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach and targeting strategies

🎯 Requirements

• - 1–3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles • - Proven experience with high-volume cold calling environments • - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (non-negotiable) • - Strong background in lead sourcing and lead qualification • - Excellent communication and objection-handling skills • - Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performance environment • - Self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient • **Nice-to-Have** • - Experience in Cybersecurity, SaaS, AI, or B2B tech sales • - Familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or HubSpot • - Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise clients
