⢠Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) in German and English ⢠Identify and qualify potential clients within the DACH region ⢠Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives ⢠Develop tailored outreach strategies aligned with regional market nuances ⢠Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities ⢠Accurately track activities and manage leads using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) ⢠Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting ⢠Consistently exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates)
⢠- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales ⢠- Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and strong English communication skills ⢠- Proven experience targeting or selling into DACH markets ⢠- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets ⢠- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools ⢠- Excellent communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills ⢠- Highly self-motivated and results-driven ⢠- Experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B services is highly preferred
