⢠Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. ⢠Identify and qualify potential leads within the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). ⢠Book discovery meetings and demos for the sales team. ⢠Research target companies and key decision-makers. ⢠Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity within CRM platforms. ⢠Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies. ⢠Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships. ⢠Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets. ⢠Provide market feedback and insights from customer conversations.
⢠Fluent or native-level German communication skills (spoken and written). ⢠Strong English communication skills. ⢠Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer support, or appointment setting is highly preferred. ⢠Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Pipedrive. ⢠Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections. ⢠Strong organizational and time-management skills. ⢠Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. ⢠Experience working with SaaS, tech, or B2B companies is a plus. ⢠Stable internet connection and reliable remote work setup.
