📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, SMS, email, and LinkedIn • Identify and research home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.) • Qualify leads through discovery conversations • Book meetings and demos for Account Executives • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the funnel • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles • Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills • Experience selling into home services or local businesses is a plus • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows • Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote setting
