📋 Description

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social channels. • Own the initial stages of the sales cycle, including qualification and discovery. • Drive meaningful conversations with senior stakeholders to identify pain points and present solutions. • Pivot quickly during live calls to overcome objections and secure firm commitments. • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a high conversion rate from discovery to closed-won. • Consistently meet and exceed daily activity metrics and monthly pipeline quotas.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Sales Development or Inside Sales. • Demonstrated track record of managing high call volumes while maintaining quality. • Strong closing experience with the ability to move prospects through the funnel effectively. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive edge. • High level of resilience, self-motivation, and a "hunter" mentality. • Proven ability to hit and exceed performance KPIs consistently. • Previous experience selling within the SaaS industry. • Familiarity with modern CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
