📋 Description

• Be responsible for the design, operation, and continuous improvement of our Back-of-house networks in our Managed properties, contact centers and corporate offices, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across our data center environments. • Design, implement and support new and existing services for customers and business partners. • Improve performance and availability of existing networks and services. • Research, track, document, publish, maintain and deliver on network policies and procedures. • Work with management to improve process, procedures and reduce inefficiencies. • Out of the box thinking – text book solutions are not always the best answer. • Mentor, train and assist team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or related field • 7+ years of experience with switches, firewalls (Cisco ASA/FTD/Fortinet) and security concepts. • Experience with Cisco Meraki or similar cloud-managed networking platforms • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar. • Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar) is a plus. • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent. • Experience in hybrid cloud networking environments
