📋 Description

• Form close partnership with product managers and owners to lead requirements analysis and software design activities • Collaborate with developers and architects to produce design documentation • Establish a technical strategy for the system in alignment with business strategy • Identify and prioritize deficiencies in design and create plans to address them • Operate as a trusted advisor and innovative thought leader • Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to team members

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience • Significant direct development experience in two or more technology stacks • Master-level experience with data structures, algorithms, software design, design patterns, architecture patterns, and quality attributes • Master-level knowledge of modern software development lifecycle processes • Senior-level leadership and business acumen skills • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
