📋 Description

• Design, build, and implement technology platforms and solutions supporting IT infrastructure • Collaborate on best practices, standards, and processes for system and solution design and administration • Safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of supported systems and data • Execute improvements to maintain a high security posture • Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions • Participate in testing and execution of disaster recovery plans and procedures • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and outages • Perform problem-solving, root-cause, and post-mortem analyses • Drive process improvements and prevent issue recurrence • Document solution designs, operating procedures, troubleshooting, and technology platforms • Compose training materials and conduct stakeholder training sessions • Participate in server and environment audits for compliance • Act as an escalation point for systems and user requests and issues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Systems Administrator with hands-on experience working with public cloud solutions, virtualization technologies, and server operating systems • Experience working with Citrix, NetApp, and Linux • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows or MacOS and Microsoft Office applications • Good knowledge of systems administration and Microsoft Windows network environments • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Good oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor • Ability to interact with others with discretion and tact • Strong customer service orientation and solid interpersonal skills • Good data gathering, interviewing, and analytical problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to perform root-cause and post-mortem analyses • Experience designing and implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions • Experience testing and executing disaster recovery plans and procedures • Ability to document system designs, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides • Experience composing training materials and conducting training sessions with diverse stakeholder groups • Experience participating in audits of server environments • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally on infrastructure best practices, standards, and processes • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the role
