📋 Description

• Develop complex code based on functional specifications across teams and programs • Complete logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards • Maintain and improve the codebase, data design, performance, security, reliability, and quality • Understand and contribute to software architecture • Create initial implementation standards and guidelines for technical specifications • Perform complex peer code reviews and analysis • Assess the broader impact of software changes across teams and programs • Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to team members • Share observations on team technical capabilities with leadership • Design, contribute to, and lead implementation of the delivery pipeline • Implement test automation, security, and performance practices

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience • Significant experience overseeing complex systems analysis, design, and development programs • Mastery of one or more general-purpose programming languages, including Java/Spring or Angular/TypeScript • Significant experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design • Significant demonstrated experience with build environments and delivery pipelines • Experience with continuous software delivery, test automation, and continuous integration tools • Expertise in guiding and growing the technical skills of fellow team members (preferred) • Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and program leadership (preferred) • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, including executive presence (preferred) • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams through conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and shipping quality deliverables (preferred)
