📋 Description

• Design, standardize, and continuously improve core infrastructure platforms supporting enterprise applications, operational services, and business-critical environments • Lead automation solutions using PowerShell, Ansible, Python, or similar technologies • Design and maintain standards for Linux and Windows operating systems, virtual machine templates, baseline configurations, lifecycle management, and patch readiness • Create scalable platform architecture patterns for production, disaster recovery, and lab environments • Provide technical leadership for Zabbix, LogicMonitor, and PagerDuty monitoring and observability platforms • Improve monitoring coverage, alert quality, escalation workflows, and operational response • Work with services, security, application, and operations teams to define platform requirements and document reference architectures • Guide implementation decisions and support change management through risk assessment, communication, testing, and documentation • Support SQL Server, Oracle, and other database infrastructure in production and disaster recovery environments • Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, build standards, and operational procedures • Promote security, compliance, resilience, and cost-conscious engineering throughout the platform lifecycle • Evaluate new technologies, including approved AI tools, to improve platform quality and operational decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing, engineering, or supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms in complex production environments • Strong practical experience with Linux and Windows Server, including build standards, configuration management, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management • Proficiency in PowerShell, Ansible, Python, or similar technologies • Working knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms, preferably Zabbix, LogicMonitor, or PagerDuty • Experience supporting SQL Server, Oracle, or other enterprise database platforms in production and disaster recovery environments • Ability to create technical documentation, architecture standards, runbooks, implementation guides, and operational procedures • Ability to collaborate across teams, influence technical direction, and explain complex concepts clearly • Experience with virtual machine templates and standard server deployment patterns in hybrid or multi-cloud environments • Experience with hybrid infrastructure, virtualization platforms, cloud-related services, or self-service infrastructure catalogs • Knowledge of capacity planning, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and business continuity planning • Ability to evaluate and responsibly adopt new technologies, including approved AI tools • Bachelor's degree or at least seven years of equivalent work experience in systems architecture, infrastructure architecture, or senior infrastructure administration
