📋 Description

• Define the vision and build an outcome-driven roadmap for Automate Core • Prioritize investments around reliability, scalable multi-tenancy, security by design, and cost efficiency • Act as primary Product Manager for internal engineering teams and platform consumers • Discover and validate problems using evidence, telemetry, and feedback • Balance immediate consumer needs with long-term platform evolution • Collaborate within the Product Manager, Engineering Manager, and Delivery Manager triad • Partner with Architecture to define core standards and reusable, resilient system contracts • Drive features supporting safe upgrades, backward compatibility, data sovereignty, data residency, and encryption • Coordinate stakeholders across EU and US time zones • Align the roadmap with the broader Content Innovation Cloud strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in complex environments • Demonstrated success delivering robust platform or core system capabilities from ideation to launch • Deep empathy for core platform users, specifically Business Analysts who build, orchestrate, and manage workflows • Ability to operate independently and bridge inbound and outbound PM responsibilities • Strong awareness of market expectations for internally focused products • Experience with distributed systems • Experience in multi-tenant SaaS environments • Experience with security and compliance standards • Experience with application deployment or subscription models • High proficiency partnering with engineering and architecture teams • Hands-on experience building or scaling shared services • Strong understanding of core system trade-offs for scalable and performant platforms • Nice-to-have: BPM, RPA, low-code/no-code, or content-centric workflow expertise • Nice-to-have: data sovereignty and customer-controlled data experience • Nice-to-have: large-scale SaaS platform operations and enterprise integration patterns • Nice-to-have: Azure and/or AWS experience
