📋 Description

• Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap for the product area • Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical complexity • Drive feature delivery from discovery through release and post-launch evaluation • Ensure product quality and readiness throughout the development lifecycle • Connect day-to-day delivery to longer-term product and business goals • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities • Identify, propose, and drive adoption of new processes across the product team • Take on operational workflows and reporting currently owned by product leadership • Own recurring operational tasks including monitoring, reporting, and cross-team coordination • Continuously improve product delivery practices and team ways of working • Collaborate closely with Product Owners/Managers and business stakeholders as a peer • Align product solutions with Business stakeholders, Risk, and Operations • Facilitate communication between business and development teams • Participate in roadmap planning and sprint ceremonies • Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and market trends • Identify opportunities for UX, retention, and conversion improvements • Support hypothesis validation and experimentation initiatives • Prepare concise and structured product documentation, including Product Vision, BRD, and presentations • Define acceptance criteria and ensure shared understanding across teams • Maintain transparency around priorities, risks, and delivery timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Ownership mentality and proactive approach — willing to pick up work beyond your immediate product scope • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills • Comfortable taking on operational and process-improvement work, not just product delivery • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams as an equal partner • Structured thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Focus on delivering measurable business value • Passion for solving product challenges through smart, pragmatic, and user-centric approaches • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in digital products • Experience in Sportsbook, Betting, or iGaming products • Understanding of sportsbook mechanics, odds, betting flows, or player behavior • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Strong skills in backlog management and requirements definition • Track record of proposing and driving adoption of new processes, not just following existing ones • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Analytical mindset with attention to detail • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Google, Slack • Strong written and spoken English • Nice to have: Experience with A/B testing and product analytics tools • Nice to have: Technical understanding of APIs and integrations • Nice to have: Experience working with high-load or real-time systems • Nice to have: Knowledge of B2B/B2C Sportsbook approaches • Nice to have: Practical experience using AI tools to improve product or process workflows
