📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of customer implementation projects from initiation through project closure • Drive solution definition, resource allocation, project direction, team building, budget control, non-conformity resolution, and overall risk management • Plan, lead, and control projects and related personnel using project methodologies and tools • Lead team and client meetings, ensure timely follow-up, and hold project team members accountable • Develop and manage project plans covering goals, strategy, staffing, and scheduling • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and contribute to methodology evolution • Design solutions, resolve conflicts, serve as a first-level escalation point, and manage delivery aligned with customer business value • Manage client expectations and day-to-day interactions • Identify and mitigate risks while delivering timely updates to internal and external stakeholders • Orchestrate professional services delivery and promote future software and services opportunities • Act as a trusted advisor, mentor team members, and contribute to the team's best-practice knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Demonstrated success managing complex projects from initiation through closure • Solid industry vertical or solution area experience, including ECM or other relevant solution implementation experience • Strong oral and written communication, facilitation, and project management skills • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office, including MS Project and Visio • Working knowledge of program/project management software • Experience providing guidance, mentorship, and support to developing team members in a professional services environment • Ability to manage change and handle risk and uncertainty in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to drive projects to completion with minimal oversight • Ability to develop and maintain strategic working relationships and serve as a trusted advisor • Willingness to travel up to 30% annually, with flexibility for additional travel based on customer circumstances • German speaking
