📋 Description

• Design, prototype, and build business solutions following best practices • Incorporate stakeholder feedback to meet evolving business needs • Test business solutions against design specifications and resolve identified issues • Perform business analysis to gather and document business processes and customer needs • Translate findings into clear functional requirements for stakeholder validation and approval • Develop and execute migration plans across environments • Support stakeholders through migration processes with minimal guidance • Compose training materials and conduct end-user training sessions • Maintain documentation that enables support teams to service solutions effectively • Identify enhancements and process improvements to evolve product and solution functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Experience configuring and implementing technical solutions using assigned business applications • Strong knowledge of relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server • Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Apex, or Python • Solid business analysis skills with demonstrated experience documenting functional requirements • Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and customer expectations with a customer-oriented mindset • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels with professionalism, discretion, and tact • Preferred: Experience developing end-user training materials and facilitating training sessions • Preferred: Ability to investigate complex situations and ask probing questions • Preferred: Experience supporting stakeholders through solution migrations across multiple environments • Preferred: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams • Preferred: Ability to manage a consistent project workload while proactively communicating delays and seeking additional project opportunities
