📋 Description

• Support in auditing client finance functions and recommend improvements • Review and improve financial processes and controls, encouraging automation efficiencies • Prepare and deliver enhanced management accounts and commentary • Prepare and deliver financial performance analysis and recommendations • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reporting • Support client fundraising projects • Prepare and deliver financial models, budgets, and forecasts • Support building financial models, budgets, and forecasts • Perform ad hoc modelling exercises for pricing or cost-saving decisions • Explain findings and recommendations to clients • Manage the day-to-day activity of the eCommerce practice and its bookkeeping team • Ensure accurate client invoicing and automate processes where possible • Support credit control and maintain debtor days within tolerance • Uphold company brand, values, and behaviours • Respond quickly to internal requests and set the standard for stakeholder management

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and passion for problem solving • Advanced Excel skills, including complex models and large data sets • Focus on continuous process improvement and driving efficiencies • Commercial mindset and understanding of business • Ability to build strong relationships across global Finance and business teams • Flexibility in a fast-paced business environment • 5+ years’ experience reporting into an FD/CFO • Hungry, determined, and passionate about making an impact and driving results • Experience in Retail, Marketplace, or DTC/eCommerce businesses • Advanced MS Excel and IT skills, including graphs, VLOOKUPS, and Pivot Tables • Experience with scale-up organisations • Experience using ecommerce, wholesale, or finance platforms
