• Contribute to the design of Mobile Free-to-Play projects, supporting the team through concept, production, and live operations. • Collaborate on live events, new content releases, and gameplay optimization, using data-informed insights to improve player experiences and maintain economy balance. • Apply knowledge of the Free-to-Play model to design systems and mechanics that enhance monetization, retention, engagement, and long-term economic health. • Partner with the LiveOps team to create event structures, content pipelines, and reward systems that keep players engaged over time. • Conduct research and deconstruction of live games, leveraging market insights to inform and innovate on product designs. • Communicate design intent and economic models clearly across teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth execution. • Assist in product planning by contributing to feature creation, sound and asset lists, and backlog refinement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience designing mobile games, with at least one shipped title in live operations or production. • Proven experience designing and balancing game economies and systems in mobile Free-to-Play titles. • Hands-on experience working within a LiveOps team, shaping content cadence, events, and progression systems. • Strong math and analytical skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets and economy modeling tools. • Familiarity with player retention, engagement, and monetization KPIs, and experience using analytics to guide design decisions. • Knowledge of F2P game loops, monetization strategies, and industry trends in mobile gaming and LiveOps best practices. • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain economic models and design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Prior experience with Idle Games is a strong plus.
