• Conduct 10-15 individual 30-minute meetings daily with employees to assess their personal and professional well-being. • Build trust and rapport with employees, ensuring they feel valued and supported. • Identify and address concerns or challenges employees face, including feelings of being overworked, in collaboration with the HR team to find effective solutions. • Detect underlying issues during conversations and proactively address them. • Maintain detailed notes after each meeting for accurate records and progress tracking.
• Minimum 1 year in counseling, therapeutic, or employee relations work involving one-on-one conversations, active listening, and resolving concerns. • HR or employee engagement experience is a plus. • A degree in Psychology (BS/AB Psychology) is preferred, with credentials such as Registered Psychometrician (RPm), Registered Psychologist (RPsy), or advanced studies like Master of Psychology (MPsy) considered a plus but not required. • Approachable, empathetic, and skilled at building meaningful relationships. • Capable of identifying subtle cues and addressing concerns effectively. • Collaborative, working seamlessly with the HR team to resolve issues and maintain employee satisfaction. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Comfortable handling sensitive topics and fostering open dialogue.
