📋 Description
• Assist with IT tasks such as user management, password resets, and printer troubleshooting • Manage incoming helpdesk tickets through voice and chat support • Utilize systems like Active Directory and Office 365 for user access updates • Work closely with the FAST Team and tech leadership for skill development
🎯 Requirements
• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 • Some IT experience or relevant certification (such as CompTIA A+ or similar) • Active Directory knowledge • Exceptional organizational skills • Focus on accuracy and precision • Comfortable learning new tools • Experience with printer troubleshooting is a plus but not required • General work experience is required.
