📋 Description
• Lead & Mentor a squad of engineers • Architect & Execute using Python expertise • Work closely with stakeholders for product ownership
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in engineering management • Extensive background in Python back-end engineering • Proven leadership in mentoring engineering teams • Experience with Django or FastAPI is a plus • Background in Infrastructure and DevOps (AWS, CI/CD, K8s)
