📋 Description

• Develop new features and modify existing functionality within 75% of the time budget specified in the budget table • Address client needs and priorities by aligning them with the budget table and the company’s strategy • Analyze functional specifications, request scope clarification, and recommend implementation approaches that maximize client value while minimizing system impact • Define technical requirements and guide developers on governance practices • Validate the development-hour budget with a senior business analyst or team leader • Assign development tasks and provide technical guidance • Conduct code reviews of the team’s code • Provide application support by correcting errors, preparing database adjustment scripts, and analyzing operational impacts • Support leadership in project and support planning • Help meet project schedules and client service deadlines • Develop unit tests (TDD) • Perform code refactoring • Produce development documentation and supporting evidence • Submit developments for user acceptance testing, support the process, and guide the addition of further tests • Participate in the implementation of systems or modules at client sites, including data migration, version updates, and configuration • Provide technical assistance and/or train new developers on development tools

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field • Strong knowledge of programming logic • Strong knowledge of SQL • C# knowledge is a plus • Strong knowledge of Visual Studio • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus • English proficiency is a plus • This position is also open to people with disabilities (PwD)
