📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Anywhere Engineer to join our RPA team. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360/Enterprise. • You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand process requirements and deliver high-quality automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads. • Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360/Enterprise. • Lead automation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance. • Create reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to streamline development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize existing business processes. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and team members. • Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA design, development, and deployment. • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and maintain documentation. • Support the RPA production environment and troubleshoot any issues. • Stay updated on the latest RPA trends and Automation Anywhere updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in software development or automation. • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (v11 and/or A360). • Experience with task bots, meta bots, and control room configuration. • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript. • Solid understanding of relational databases, APIs, and web services. • Familiarity with agile development practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Automation Anywhere Master or Advanced Certified is a plus. • Experience with other RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus. • Exposure to cloud-based automation and OCR tools like IQ Bot is a plus. • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
