📋 Description

• Provide personal support to new customers during system setup and onboarding • Conduct online training sessions and workshops • Work closely with Support, Sales and Product teams • Assist the Sales team as needed • Maintain regular communication with industry partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry • Familiarity with hotel software (PMS, etc.) • Enjoy interacting with a variety of personalities • Strong communication skills • Natural affinity for technical products • Experience delivering remote customer training • Ability to work independently • Enjoy working in a team • Open and honest communication
