📋 Description

• Confirm the business context for the pilot assistant and define the boundaries of usable information • Define user intents, expected questions, response requirements, evaluation criteria, and expectations for source citations • Design the retrieval and grounding architecture using selected information from SharePoint or information validated in OneLake • Establish requirements for traceability, visibility into validation status, security, classification, and the handling of sensitive information • Define human review controls and preserve human accountability for validation and business decisions • Select the simplest and most sustainable Microsoft technology pattern • Define test sets with known questions, approved sources, and expected results • Coordinate development, configuration, prompt design, integration, testing, and evaluation • Assess the solution’s usefulness, adherence to defined boundaries, source traceability, and reliability • Document failure modes, limitations, escalation procedures, controls, and recommendations for production • Align the assistant with the corporate information, classification, and AI operating models • Produce architecture, governance, and evolution roadmap recommendations • Work collaboratively with information architecture, SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, security, business, and adoption teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing enterprise AI assistants, retrieval-augmented applications, knowledge solutions, or customized Copilot experiences • Strong knowledge of grounding, information retrieval, source traceability, response evaluation, and response controls • Knowledge of permissions, security, information classification, and responsible AI principles • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure AI services • Ability to define well-scoped use cases, measurable success criteria, and structured evaluation methods • Experience defining test sets, evaluation questions, expected results, and failure analysis • Knowledge of integration architecture, APIs, enterprise search, and content retrieval • Ability to document architecture, risks, limitations, controls, and production recommendations • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain AI capabilities, limitations, and risks to technical and business audiences • Intermediate to advanced English (B2 or higher), with the ability to communicate both in writing and verbally in a corporate and technical environment • Availability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone
