📋 Description

• Develop and configure enhancements for the SharePoint Online proof of value • Create components, extensions, and services using SharePoint Framework • Implement modern, contextual experiences for buildings, tenants, projects, leases, or documents • Develop metadata-driven views, forms, status indicators, accountability information, and validation details • Develop governed upload and publishing experiences • Integrate SharePoint with Power Apps and Power Automate for business processes • Implement, extend, or maintain approved Telerik-based components • Troubleshoot compatibility, rendering, accessibility, performance, dependency, deployment, and upgrade issues involving Telerik components • Configure, integrate, or support Colligo experiences for governed libraries and metadata • Use Microsoft Graph and SharePoint APIs in accordance with architectural standards • Support customized Copilot experiences • Collaborate with the Microsoft Fabric team to validate libraries, metadata, versions, and ingestion dependencies • Implement accessibility, responsive design, telemetry, error handling, and performance best practices • Develop unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing support • Maintain source code, packages, configurations, deployment and rollback procedures, dependencies, and documentation • Participate in code and architecture reviews, demonstrations, defect triage, and production-readiness assessments • Work with architects, data engineers, AI professionals, business analysts, and governance owners

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing solutions for SharePoint Online • Proven experience with SharePoint Framework, TypeScript, and modern web development • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Graph, SharePoint APIs, authentication, identity, and permissions • Experience with libraries, lists, pages, content types, metadata, versioning, search, and modern SharePoint experiences • Experience integrating SharePoint with Power Apps and Power Automate • Experience with React or other modern frameworks applicable to SharePoint component development • Knowledge of source control, code review, testing, packaging, deployment, and upgrade practices • Experience integrating, extending, or supporting third-party components in Microsoft 365 environments • Knowledge of accessibility, responsiveness, security, performance, telemetry, and error handling • Ability to make informed decisions between configuration, low-code, commercial components, and custom development • Ability to produce technical documentation, deployment instructions, rollback procedures, and support materials • Intermediate to advanced English (B2 or higher), with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a corporate and technical environment • Availability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone • Preferred: experience with Telerik components, Colligo, Microsoft Fabric, upload assistants, publishing workflows, or contextual navigation • Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365 development, Power Platform, SharePoint, or solution development are a plus
