📋 Description
• Business Model Innovation & Strategy: Design and validate new business models for data center partnerships, including energy campus concepts and integrated renewable solutions. • Pilot Project Execution: Lead the execution of pilot projects, from site identification and partner engagement to contract negotiation and project launch. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with experts in grid infrastructure, permitting, legal, finance, and commercial development to ensure project success. • Stakeholder Engagement & Market Development: Develop and maintain relationships with data center operators, utilities, investors, and technology partners. • Commercial & Financial Expertise: Drive the origination and closing of high-value deals, including land development, PPAs, and infrastructure services.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of business development or commercial experience in renewable energy, data centers, or critical infrastructure sectors. • Proven track record in designing and executing new business models, leading pilot projects, and scaling new lines of business. • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, contract negotiation, and risk management. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities. • Willingness to travel and represent the company in international markets.
