• Install, configure and commission advanced cleaning equipment and robotic solutions • Deliver on-site equipment trials, demonstrations and customer handovers • Train operators, supervisors and management teams to use equipment safely and effectively • Create site maps and optimise machine routes for maximum efficiency • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues • Provide first and second-line technical support on customer sites • Analyse machine performance and recommend improvements • Carry out routine machine inspections and maintenance checks • Support proof-of-concept projects with ATP and gloss meter testing • Work closely with manufacturers and internal technical teams to resolve complex issues
• A qualification (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, IT or a related discipline • Strong hands-on technical skills and confidence working with equipment • Excellent communication and training skills • A proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving • Good physical fitness for installations and equipment handling • A full UK driving licence (essential)
