📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Enterprise Systems department, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals. • Manage and mentor a team of enterprise systems professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of finance systems such as Netsuite, Zuora, and SAP Ariba, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system requirements, and drive the development and enhancement of enterprise systems. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, particularly in AI and finance, and evaluate their potential impact and integration opportunities. • Ensure data security and privacy compliance across all enterprise systems, implementing best practices and industry standards. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. • Lead the design and implementation of system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between various platforms. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record of leadership and management in an enterprise systems or technology role, preferably in a finance-focused organization. • Deep expertise in finance systems, with hands-on experience in Netsuite, Zuora, SAP Ariba, or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enterprise systems, with a passion for driving innovation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. • Experience in system integration and data management, ensuring efficient data flow and interoperability. • A proactive and analytical mindset, with a problem-solving approach to complex enterprise system challenges. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time and within budget. • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, with additional certifications being an advantage.
