📋 Description

• Lead complex enterprise software implementation programs from project initiation through go-live and stabilization. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, timelines, resource planning, risks, issues, and overall program execution. • Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and project teams to ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, governance processes, and status reporting. • Facilitate steering committee meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder communications. • Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, escalations, and implementation challenges. • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Technical, and Partner teams to drive successful customer outcomes. • Support scope management, change requests, budget tracking, and overall project governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Project management experience delivering enterprise software implementations. • Experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementation programs with end-to-end delivery accountability. • Proven ability to manage large, complex, multi-workstream projects involving cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and implementation best practices. • Experience managing project plans, budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery governance. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Strong analytical, risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Strong AI mindset with experience leveraging AI-powered tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve implementation efficiency, delivery quality, customer adoption, and business outcomes.
