📋 Description

• Support and validate functional requirements across application features, workflows, and user scenarios • Lead end-to-end requirements development including elicitation, analysis, decomposition, and documentation • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, SMEs, developers, and architects to refine and validate requirements • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in requirements and drive resolution prior to development

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst in application development environments • 3+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including facilitation of agile ceremonies • 2+ years of experience writing high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements • 2+ years of experience with backlog management, prioritization, and requirements traceability • 2+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical-ready specifications for development teams • US Citizenship or Green Card required.
