• Help create the power in Gainwell’s processes as we develop purpose-built technologies and solutions. • Communicate with clients and translate their business needs into simpler non-technical language. • Monitor queues and reports for the call center. • Perform extensive research independently and review data while working on multiple projects. • Help analyze and document systems requirements and business processes. • Build basic conceptual data and process models. • Verify client requirements through executing and analyzing basic test case scenarios. • Follow written policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and guidelines. • Be part of technical reviews and inspections with senior leaders.
• High School Diploma or equivalent • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and triage bugs and defects • 2-3 years of working experience in healthcare, enrollment, credentialing, or related fields • Basic understanding of software such as Microsoft Office • Clear and effective oral and written communication skills with an ability to work in a professional team environment.
