📋 Description

• Create, update, validate, and maintain master data records including customers, vendors, materials, warehouses, pricing, BOMs, routings, and related ERP data. • Acting as the golden record owner (ensuring customer master data is updated across ERP, CRM and E-commerce platform). • Maintain customer master data and pricing files within SAP and related systems. • Ensure compliance with internal data governance standards, naming conventions, and classification structures. • Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and IT teams to support business requirements and integrations. • Serve as the subject-matter expert for master data processes, workflows, and troubleshooting before escalating to IT. • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reduction of manual work. • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and user support documentation. • Generate reports and perform root-cause analysis on data quality and process issues. • Support audits and compliance requirements (SOX)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • 3+ years of experience in customer service, master data management, or ERP support roles. • Bilingual in English and Spanish: spoken, written and reading required. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. • Experience with SAP required. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail, excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
