âą Line manage CRAs and oversee the execution of clinical trials âą Lead operational planning and execution of clinical trials in accordance with protocols and timelines âą Engage cross-functional teams to optimize trial design and operational efficiency âą Monitor trial progress and performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement âą Mentor and develop junior staff âą Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication across clinical operations âą Conduct accompanying site visits with junior and experienced CRAs âą Provide CRA activity oversight âą Travel as required, approximately 30%
âą Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field âą Extensive experience managing clinical operations âą Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards âą Solid CRA line management experience âą Ability to manage competing priorities and develop the team âą Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage teams in a dynamic environment âą Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies âą Focus on optimizing processes âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills âą Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes âą Willingness to travel as required, approximately 30% âą Legal right to work in France
