📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms meet business objectives and legal standards • Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal • Provide guidance on contract interpretation and ensure adherence to contractual obligations • Develop and maintain contract templates and best practices • Deliver contract management work to a high standard while working closely with the team and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field • 2+ years of experience in contract management or related field • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Fluent German and English • Ability to analyze complex contractual issues and propose practical solutions • Proficiency in contract management software is a plus • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%) • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
