📋 Description

• Contribute to scientific operations activities, taking responsibility for deliverables and working collaboratively • Manage the grant application process from start to finish • Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with the organization's mission and values • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop grant proposals • Ensure compliance with grant funding requirements and deadlines • Track and report on grant activities and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Japanese at native level, at least N1 • English is workable • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nnprofit Management, Public Administration) • Previous experience in grant writing, grant management, or a related field preferred • Ideally 1 year plus clinical trial related work experience • Strong research and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
