📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Clinical Data Risk Analysts working as Data Scientists and Central Monitors • Oversee workload, resource allocation and study assignments to ensure high-quality, timely delivery • Support the team in resolving operational and functional challenges • Partner closely with the Senior Manager as a trusted deputy and help drive team priorities and operational continuity • Promote consistent risk-based quality management and central monitoring practices • Contribute to process improvements, strategic initiatives and adoption of CRM tools and platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Risk-Based Quality Management, Central Monitoring and data-driven clinical oversight • Proven People Leadership experience and a genuine commitment to developing others • Strong planning, prioritization and resource-management skills • Ability to manage complex situations and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders • Confidence and maturity to support the Senior Manager and provide leadership continuity when needed • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Typically at least eight years of relevant professional experience • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
