📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end process of investigator payments, including verification, processing, and reconciliation of payment transactions • Collaborate with clinical trial teams and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payment in accordance with study agreements and regulatory requirements • Maintain detailed financial records and documentation related to investigator payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations • Resolve payment-related issues or discrepancies by investigating, analyzing, and implementing corrective actions as necessary • Provide support and guidance to investigators and stakeholders regarding payment procedures, timelines, and documentation requirements • Mentor colleagues and guide others

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • Relevant certifications or experience in clinical trial payments are advantageous • Extensive experience in financial management or payment processing, preferably within the clinical research or healthcare sector • Proven ability to manage complex payment processes, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions • Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in resolving payment issues and discrepancies effectively • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide exceptional support to stakeholders • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
