📋 Description

• Deliver data-driven insights supporting real estate strategy, headcount allocation, and space optimization decisions across the client's EMEA portfolio • Manage collection, validation, and analysis of occupancy and headcount data for regional planning scenarios • Ensure reporting aligns with corporate guidelines and accurately reflects portfolio supply, demand, and capacity • Deliver reports on space utilization, attendance rates, vacancy rates, headcount forecasts, and seat demand • Prepare project status reports comparing actual versus projected seat demand • Report on current supply and capacity and forecast inventory changes • Own and coordinate the Headcount Forecast Validation process end to end • Maintain transparent workflows and documentation and ensure forecast accuracy and validation accountability • Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate, Business Unit leadership, Corporate Finance, Portfolio Strategy, Transaction, BI, move coordination, facility management, and occupancy planning teams • Support enforcement of space policies, standards, and procedures through analytical insights • Flag exceptions, identify trends, and present data-backed recommendations • Develop subject matter expertise in the client's workplace data environment to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and automation • Familiarity with Power Query, VBA/macros, and data visualization tools is a plus • Ability to analyse complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns and trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights • Strong attention to detail in validating data accuracy • Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Demonstrated experience with real estate reports linked to real estate strategy, ideally within corporate real estate, workplace strategy, occupancy planning, portfolio strategy, or facility management environments • Familiarity with occupancy planning and space utilization concepts, including headcount forecasting, desk sharing ratios, vacancy analysis, and space health metrics • Project management experience, including standardizing processes, coordinating stakeholder inputs, and driving process improvement and workflow optimization • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet and SharePoint and/or data platforms such as QuickSight is beneficial
