📋 Description

• Lead a small PMO team supporting Delivery and Sales day to day • Set priorities, define ways of working, and shape team growth • Ensure project status, financials, and risks are visible through effective reporting • Support Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and Sales with project kickoffs, budget control, and risk identification • Document and streamline organizational processes • Identify automation opportunities and define vision, priorities, and well-defined requirements for technical teams • Improve information flow between Sales, Delivery, and Finance • Manage Productive, Salesforce, and other operational tools

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in project management or PMO roles • Experience building and leading a PMO team at a software development company • Practical understanding of how a software development company operates • Experience in financial and project reporting • Experience in risk management • Knowledge of compliance topics arising from project contracts, including SLAs, billing terms, and client commitments • Fluent Polish • English at B2 level or higher • Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Productive and/or Salesforce • Nice to have: Understanding of where no-code automation, integrations, and AI save time versus add complexity • Nice to have: Ability to communicate with project PMs and the board
