📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day scientific operations activities, supporting the team to deliver quality outcomes • Lead the management and analysis of clinical trial data, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data strategies supporting clinical research objectives and optimizing data workflows • Oversee data collection, processing, and validation across clinical trials • Provide strategic guidance on data management practices, including data analysis plans and reporting methodologies • Manage and mentor data teams and drive continuous improvement in data handling and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline • Extensive experience in clinical data management and analysis, with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop data teams, and drive data quality initiatives • Expertise in data analysis and statistical methodologies, with proficiency in relevant software and programming languages • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%) • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
