📋 Description

• Act as a licensing subject matter expert for clinical studies awarded to ICON from strategic pharma clients • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver COA licensing and translations in multi-service projects • Perform administrative tasks from request launch to finalization, including invoice processing follow-up and work-time tracking • Participate in client and operational meetings with internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate negotiations and discussions with copyright holders • Coordinate with team members and functional groups to achieve timely, high-quality deliverables and milestones • Deliver customer service by interfacing with customers and facilitating discussions via the ePROVIDE™ platform • Oversee the project lifecycle from award to delivery • Develop and maintain filing and tracking tools • Contribute to training and mentoring junior staff • Support client-focused proposals and budgets • Assist with departmental process improvements and special projects • Provide system support and maintain shared knowledge resources

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering COA licensing and translation services, required • 3+ years of experience in client services and/or project coordination • Excellent project management skills, including superior organizational skills, prioritization of tasks and strong attention to detail • Advanced customer service skills, including ability to communicate clearly with clients/colleagues and resolve issues or complaints • Fluency in English both orally and in writing • Experience working on international teams a plus • Previous experience working remotely, preferred • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team • Degree preferred • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
