📋 Description

• Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of grants, including application review, compliance monitoring, reporting, and financial tracking • Analyze grant proposals and budgets, assessing feasibility and alignment with organizational goals and funding requirements • Ensure compliance with grant regulations, donor requirements, and internal policies, and implement best practices in grant management • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on grant performance, financial status, and compliance, and provide recommendations for improvements • Collaborate with finance, program managers, and external stakeholders on grant-related activities and initiatives • Monitor and analyze grant trends, funding opportunities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making • Provide mentorship and training to junior grants analysts • Support continuous improvement efforts within the grants team • Use site start-up and activation experience to deliver high-quality outcomes and mentor colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline • Extensive experience in grants management and analysis • Proven track record of overseeing and optimizing grant administration processes • Strong understanding of grant regulations, donor requirements, and compliance standards • Excellent analytical skills, including reviewing complex grant proposals and assessing budgets • Proficiency in grants management software and financial reporting tools • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder relationship management • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple grants and priorities simultaneously • Experience in site start-up and activation • Ability to work independently and guide others • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
