📋 Description

• Lead and manage clinical operations teams to ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials • Develop and implement strategies to streamline clinical trial processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets • Collaborate with clinical research, data management, regulatory affairs, and other cross-functional teams • Oversee site management activities, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout • Monitor trial performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions • Serve as the dedicated functional manager for the sponsor's program • Provide oversight through effective oversight visits, comprehensive monitoring report reviews, and proactive management of Sponsor KPIs • Drive quality, consistency, and successful study execution across EMEA

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related field • Extensive clinical operations experience across various clinical trial phases and therapeutic areas • Proven management experience • Strong leadership and team management skills • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and industry standards • Experience optimizing trial processes and managing operational challenges • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners • Willingness to travel approximately 30% • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
