📋 Description

• Take ownership of scientific operations deliverables, applying expertise to complex challenges • Perform advanced laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements • Oversee laboratory operations, including sample processing, equipment maintenance, and quality control procedures • Collaborate with clinical research teams to support study design and implement laboratory methods aligned with project goals • Interpret and validate test results, provide technical expertise, and troubleshoot laboratory issues • Train and mentor junior laboratory staff • Participate in developing and implementing laboratory protocols • Assist with audits and inspections by providing documentation and demonstrating adherence to laboratory standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or laboratory science • Extensive experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with a strong understanding of laboratory operations and quality assurance processes • Proven ability to perform complex laboratory tests and analyses, with expertise in specific areas of medical technology • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams • Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and electronic medical records (EMR) • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and ethical practices in laboratory operations • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
