âą Assist in monitoring clinical trial sites, ensuring adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines âą Support site management activities, including documentation preparation, data entry, and tracking site performance metrics âą Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and address site-related issues âą Maintain accurate records of site activities and contribute to preparing monitoring reports âą Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance knowledge and skills in clinical trial management
âą Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research âą Some experience in clinical research, site management, or related administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory âą Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively âą Basic knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements is a plus âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment âą Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
