📋 Description

• Shaping, maintaining, and expanding business relationships by building and managing long-term partnerships with our clients • Acting as a liaison between clients and the team in Bulgaria, providing technical expertise and support • Managing new leads and converting them into nearshoring projects; handling engineering requests • Regularly visiting clients and serving as the primary point of contact in demanding and dynamic environments • Identifying deviations in quality, delivery times, and budget, and addressing and resolving them • Ensuring two-way communication and managing escalations between the Sofia team and the client • Taking responsibility and ownership of projects, ensuring sustainable and comprehensive solutions for our clients' organizations.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field • Strong communication skills across functions and teams, at all organizational levels • Minimum 3 years of project management experience • At least 5 years of experience in a software development environment (e.g., as a software architect and/or software engineer) • Deep experience in designing and writing software • Experience leading Scrum-based projects • Experience with SAFe is a plus • Experience with outsourcing is a plus • Experience in a high-tech embedded environment is a plus • Ability to quickly grasp technical and business issues and collaborate effectively with clients and technical teams • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to proactively manage conflicts and escalation processes • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
