πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Travel to and obtain access to IDEMIA NSS product installations at U.S. Navy, U.S. U.S. Army, Marine Corps, or other DoD NSS customer sites. β€’ Obtain product installation access via a controlled computer with a virtual desktop. β€’ Connect to local hardware for system administration. β€’ Work closely with remote teams to communicate and log errors. β€’ Conduct onsite troubleshooting and/or routine maintenance as required. β€’ Perform Tier 1 equipment troubleshooting. β€’ Under the direction of the Program Director and Product Manager assist with organizing, directing, and managing enrollment events at DoD installations. β€’ Enrolling approved DoD personnel by using an iPad tablet and NSS software to capture various individual data. β€’ Maintain initial and annual security compliance training including online annual DoD and U.S. government classes such as Cyber Awareness.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ General Linux experience β€’ Ability to obtain an active Secret Security Clearance β€’ Common Access Card holder β€’ Ability to access a U.S. DoD installation with Common Access Card β€’ Knowledge of DoD base access β€’ Ability to travel to designated locations for installation access β€’ Fluent in English, additional regional languages a plus
