📋 Description

• Act as a key liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders • Coordinate data gathering, validation, and process execution using modern digital tools • Support in managing end-to-end workflows for new partner engagement • Troubleshoot and resolve operational hiccups in real-time • Maintain detailed documentation and process records • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance partner experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience with customer engagement and outreach • Tech-savvy — you should be super comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, CRMs, or willing to learn fast • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks • A self-starter mindset — you take initiative, own your work, and bring solutions • Passion for growth, both personal and organizational • Bonus if you’ve worked on side projects, led university societies, or freelanced
