📋 Description

• Own pipeline from content marketing, email campaigns, paid search/social, webinars, and field events • Actively use AI tools to accelerate content production, audience research, and performance analysis • Write and produce thought leadership, case studies, product content, and website copy that drives organic traffic and converts • Plan and run campaigns end-to-end: brief, build, launch, report, optimize • Own marketing metrics in Salesforce; track pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and channel performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful time at a software company • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your day-to-day marketing workflow • Proven ability to own and execute campaigns independently, from strategy through measurement • Analytical mindset; comfortable in data, able to build a simple attribution model or segment a list without hand-holding • Comfortable wearing many hats; this team is lean by design; no task is beneath you • Salesforce CRM experience — building reports, managing campaign objects, tracking pipeline attribution (Preferred) • Familiarity with data governance, data modeling, or database tooling categories (Preferred)
